Everything in Mutation Nursery can be earned by playing. The Shop sells optional items for players who want to go faster. Prices are shown in your local currency in the game and charged by Google Play.

Restoring purchases
One-time items stay with your Google account. They are restored when the game starts, or from Restore Purchases in the Shop. More help on the support page.
